Pump core definition and technical nature
Definition:
The pump core is the core of the Lotion Pump drive system, the mechanical structure of the pump core to generate negative / positive pressure, and realizes the liquid quantitative output and sealing preservation of precision components. Its performance directly determines the experience of using the product (e.g., precision of liquid dispensing, smoothness of pressing, sealing).

Pump Cartridge Operating Principle (4-stage cycle)
1.Downward stroke
- the presser head pushes the piston rod downward, the main spring is compressed
- the piston seal cuts off the passage between the liquid reservoir and the atmosphere
2.Vacuum formation
- the piston moves downward causing the pump chamber to increase in volume, internal air pressure < bottle air pressure
- the liquid in the bottle opens the bottom valve ball into the pump chamber
3.rebound discharge
- after release the main spring rebound to push the piston upward
- the bottom valve ball closed, the volume of the pump chamber decreases to form a positive pressure
- the liquid top open the piston valve from the nozzle injection
4.Reset Seal
- secondary spring pushes seal closed when piston is reset
- pump chamber is isolated from the outside world to prevent oxidation/volatilization
Precision Control Points:
- Tolerance of ball diameter ≤ 0.03mm (to control opening/closing sensitivity)
- Spring K-value deviation ± 5% (to ensure consistency of liquid discharge)
